Tuesday

thank God for the long weekend, although Friday was tough on us, it was OUR day (azrael and i) we tried to dine at Roof Deck and when we got on top after the long walk to CSB Hotel, it was reserved for some christmas party. so we decided to go to Orchidarium instead and get dinner at Lush Life and something Cafe. The journey to that place was horrible! it almost ruined our celebration but when we got there, it all paid off. we had the place all to ourselves, cozy, quiet, and live music by one of the pianist cum singer. we were so hungry then but the food did not meet my expectations, but still, having the place to ourselves was great and knowing that we finally got away from the stressful day at school and work, and start the long weekend, it gave me a thrill. ahahaha.

a kid being sent to her first day in school, that's what i felt like this morning! gawd i wanted to sleep more and just plan where i will go. it's torture. monday is even more torture. first day to work is always torture. fortunately though, Chong gave me a pair of earrings! and Kato brought me with her to the hotel and i got free lunch once again, i was also given my desired oreo cheesecake. it made me go through the day more easily. Kato and I were talking about weight and stuff, i realized that im starting to get fat im a cow already. my butt has gone BIG, my arms are marshmallowy and im so frustrated already. so when i got home i grabbed my weights and stared throwing

my legs off the air. felt good too :) anyway, christmas is near and my mom is asking for her gift when i barely have money to enjoy. i went to st. francis
square with azrael, and we went to the mall! finally, we have spent countless weekends here at home eating and watching movies. i almost forget what a mall looks like. my favorite sopping mall is Megamall, jologs according to some, and i can see it too many shoppers dont buy anything and when u go up to Glico's there are a bunch of teenagers shouting at each other and acting weird. but still, that's the mall closest to my High school before and my sister and I use to shop there with my mom. We ate at Dulcinea after the long shopping spree in St. Francis . I even got shoes for 100 pesos.

All in all, my long weekend was fine. Hope i can go maximize next weekend again, unwind and be happy : )

It's just another MANIC MONDAY

Last night, azrael and I watched "the girl next door" and i believe, it somehow influenced us into making the first day of the week a crazy one. The craziness of it all is worth it and it made me feel free and alive once again (enter drama music). I remember days way back when i was still in school, cutting class and hiding from my driver, turning off the fone as not to be tracked. wow. ahaha.

Tiramisu Haven

Last week, Ms. Kato and Chong (my officemates) brought me to San Juan with them to meet an alumnus. after the trip, we all went to Solomon's Guest House and bought 3 Tiramisus for each of us. Ms. Kato paid for our Tiramisu, God bless her. It was the best tiramisu ive ever tasted. And im so thankful they gave me a break and took me out of the office.

Me and Sol, a BASAP scholar of DLS-CSB. I was tasked to interview her for my next article and weee I was able to eat for free at CSB Hotel. They have a Merienda Buffet there for only Php 99.00. We started the interview at 2pm, I actually had to walk by foot to CSB Hotel. Good thing we have these roving invisible body guards in CSB. When I walked back to office I even had my personal bodyguard! I felt like some famous person’s daughter. Ahahaha.

I was so stuffed, I ate spaghetti and those cheesecake squares, pizza (a little salty), and more oreo cheesecakes!!! I felt so lucky yesterday. I love it when I get to go out of the office. Our interview turned to chikka and I was back at 5pm so I need not wait and kill more time in the office.

I waited for Azrael, who is ever so late and I enjoyed battering him in the car. I super enjoyed it I was getting too violent already but I love it. Then we watched the last full show of Harry Potter, it was my first ever last full show!!! Finally. Its so funny when you get out of the mall, every store is closed and there’s an eery feel afterwards. HP3 was nice but it was a my notebook... buhay pa din

Finally, I wish today is FRIDAY already!!!!

Still alive and working. Wow im still here after all. Im not that lazy to go to work anymore, I think. Motivated by Saturday afternoon tours around Manila latest was Divisoria and yey I got myself decent bags and shoes and 2 blouses all for 1,400. It was such a memorable experience, knowing that it’s my first time to go there, the traffic was bad but the finds are good! I went with Azrael, Anna, and Yeyey. When we got home I was almost a dead horse, after the quick shower I was still panting and catching my breath. It was so traffic in Divisoria, we rode the jeep from Divi to Cavite, beat that. Hayyyy but it was all worth it because we had fun fun fun and I have a treasure box of happy thoughts to bring with me in the office.

This is the end of vacation and the start of countless working days.

Enjoyed the Seven 7 day vacation though. It was fun, i can't belive i survived the halloween season with just 500 pesos! goodness gracious. I spent 99% of my rest days with my other half and we sat pretty in the living room watching TV, National Geographic specials on spiders and Pinoy Big Brother. We enjoyed cooking, having war with the dance rev, badminton, and the Manila Zoo.

We went there just before work started and it's good we spent time together with our animal friends, when i am depressed at work buried with tons of manila bulletin, i remember our photo ops at the zoo.

I just realized today im so blessed since i enjoyed that vacation no matter how penniless i am as always. We plan to go somewhere else on Saturday so I can daydream of something during work days and get excited over something.

ciao!
